Production Supervisor

We are dedicated to quality, sustainability, and the success of our employees. We're seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee employees and activities in our rice manufacturing facility. This role is key to ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. What You’ll Do Oversee daily production line activities and ensure on‑time start‑ups. Supervise and support production employees throughout the shift. Maintain and enforce productivity, reliability, and accuracy standards. Monitor production results, material usage, waste, and downtime. Collaborate with Quality Control to meet and maintain product standards. Identify and resolve equipment or production issues quickly and effectively. Train, coach, motivate, reward, and discipline employees as needed. Assist the Production Manager with staffing, scheduling, timecards, and overtime management. Prepare reports, documentation, and other administrative tasks. Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety and company policies. Work cross‑functionally with other departments to resolve production‑related challenges. Stay knowledgeable on all operating systems in the work area. Perform other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a modern food manufacturing facility. Strong knowledge of production practices and procedures. Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate employees. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands. Commitment to excellence, quality, and safety. Basic competence in performing subordinates’ duties when needed. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Regular and reliable attendance.
