Job Description R10091829 CDL B Driver - Inside Sales (Open) Location: Burley, ID – Retail shop Airgas is hiring a Local CDL Driver in Burley, ID. Pay Pay begins at $27 per hour with eligibility for quarterly bonuses Referral bonus Monday through Friday, with possible alternating weekend calls in case of business needs. Drive Growth: Engage in inside sales, assess customer needs, provide quotes, and solve problems to find the right solution. Ensure Smooth Operation: Organize merchandise, process sales, and maintain a smooth, efficient customer experience. Be a Reliable Backup: Deliver essential gases and welding products when a regular driver is unavailable. Required Qualifications At least one full year of Class A or Class B CDL driving experience (verified under DOT requirements) in the past five years, or a recent graduate from an accredited driving school. Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive attitude are a plus. Class A or Class B CDL with a Hazmat endorsement or the ability to obtain Hazmat upon contingency of offer. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and at least 21 years of age. Physical capability: routinely lift 25‑75 lbs and up to 125 + lbs with material‑handling equipment; willing to bend, walk, stand, and drive up to 8 hours a day with hazardous cargo. Familiarity with sales platforms or the ability to quickly learn new systems such as SAP or other CRM; basic knowledge in computer order‑entry systems is preferred.
