Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location: New Bern, North Carolina Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to $98,000 annually Date Posted: 09-1-2026 We’re looking for a full-time Behavior Analyst who is collaborative, compassionate, and excited to make a meaningful impact. With a thoughtfully managed small caseload of just 8–10 clients, you’ll have the time and space to build strong relationships and provide high-quality, individualized support. This role maintains a 23-hour weekly billable requirement, balanced in a way that supports both client care and professional sustainability. Plus, our BCBAs are not responsible for creating their own authorizations, allowing you to spend more of your time focused on what matters most, supporting your clients and their families.
