Commercial Title Insurance Manager

Overview Description Summary: Accountable for financial performance, customer (both internal & external) satisfaction. Develops and maintains business relationships with both internal & external customers. Manages the revenue and profitability for the commercial line of business. Responsible for establishing performance measures and enhancing productivity. Manages a team of colleagues to meet service goals. Leads and directs the work of others. Provides training to the different business segments within the bank. Training consists of how to read a title commitment and property report. Provides education to new and existing colleagues in the commercial title area. Works on the more sophisticated more complex transactions. To ensure quality and expertise to lenders/buyers/sellers counsel. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities Manage the Commercial Title Insurance team. Oversee the issuance and servicing of commercial title insurance policies. Develop and implement strategies to expand market share. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Provide training and mentorship to team members. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities. Represent the bank in industry forums and events. Monitor the quality of title insurance services provided. Handle escalated client issues and complaints promptly. Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery. Prepare reports on team performance and market trends. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 7+ years experience managing Commercial Title transactions Preferred Qualifications Strong Knowledge of legal requirements and regulations. Title Insurance Agent license, or must be willing to obtain Excellent written and oral communication skills. Intermediate experience in Excel and experience with Microsoft Office products Exempt Status: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay) Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Compensation Range: $93,000 - $189,000 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
