Location: Mill Valley, CA, 94941 Summary of Position: Are you enthusiastic about creating fantastic shopping experiences? As a Retail Associate, you play a crucial role in welcoming visitors and providing outstanding service. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the unique Cloudless Skies Park Company experience. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Team Leads to ensure products meet our high standards. Deliver exceptional customer service, embodying the Muir Woods spirit. Maintain appealing displays, keeping them fresh and inviting. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Contribute to daily opening/closing procedures and maintain cleanliness. Requirements: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for positive interactions with customers and colleagues. Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure. Display energy and enthusiasm when assisting customers and fellow Associates. Dependable, always on time, and on schedule. Able to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to handle general math.
