- 6 months of verifiable OTR experience in the past 3 years
- No more than 2 in the past 3 years
- No active suspensions
- No more than 1 in the past 3 years

Maximum Major Moving Violation (in the last 3 years)- No reckless
- No speeding over 15 mph
- No seat belt in CMV
- No more than 8 in the past 3 years
- Driver needs to have consecutive and recent experience
