RN/LPN Private Duty Nurse

Position 1

• Location: Auburn, KS
• School Schedule: Evenings 3:30p-7:30p.
• Summer Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4p.
• Patient Specifics: 8 year old with a G-tube.

Position 2

• Location: Topeka, KS (66614)
• Schedule: After school 12p-6p.
• Patient Specifics: 2 year old with a G-tube.

Position 3

• Location: Topeka, KS (66614)
• Schedule: Wednesday 7a-5:30p (will attend school with patient).
• Patient Specifics: 8 year old iwth a G-tube.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
