Summary The Sales Advisor represents A. Lange & Söhne and delivers a high-quality luxury client experience in the boutique. The role is responsible for achieving individual and boutique sales targets, building lasting client relationships, and supporting brand initiatives. Responsibilities Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and key performance benchmarks. Deliver a professional sales ceremony and respond effectively to client needs, objections, and concerns. Develop sales opportunities through client outreach, follow-up, networking, and accurate CRM data management. Support boutique events and brand initiatives while following sales, operations, communications, and social media policies. Maintain an organized schedule and professional conduct in and outside the boutique. Requirements Bachelor's degree. At least 5 years of experience in a timepiece-related field. Strong luxury client service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel; strong CRM experience. Flexibility to work according to changing boutique schedules; a second language is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
