Employee Support Specialist

All Metro Health Care , a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an Employee Support Specialist . Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the organization. Assist new employees with the completion of required documentation, including background checks, drug screenings, and HR forms. Coordinate new hire paperwork, orientation sessions, and training activities. Coordinate and schedule training programs and professional development activities for employees. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward company policies. Educate employees on available benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to HR team members to identify trends and areas for improvement. Foster positive employee relations by promoting open communication, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee grievances. Maintain active and inactive employee files and manage accurate records, proper placement, filing, and updating of all files, I-9s, administrative documents, and other general files. Communicate with all field employees regarding employee relations issues, compliance status, etc. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. 1+ years of Human Resources (HR) experience. Healthcare or home care experience preferred. Bilingual in English & Spanish required. Physical Requirements Primarily seated work; extensive computer and telephone use; occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
