Responsibilities Leading the day‑to‑day operation of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service execution. Coaching, mentoring, and developing colleagues through ongoing feedback, training, and hands‑on leadership. Leading by example on the floor while actively supporting the team during service and anticipating guest and operational needs. Upholding Hyatt's service standards and holding the team accountable for delivering exceptional hospitality and consistent execution. Monitoring guest satisfaction, resolving concerns promptly, and identifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience. Ensuring compliance with Hyatt brand standards, food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures. Collaborating with leadership to identify opportunities to enhance the physical space, improve service flow, and maintain an inviting environment for guests. Supporting operational initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive, high‑performing team culture.
