Estimator | Multifamily Restoration & Building Envelope | Austin, TX We're working a search for an established multifamily reconstruction/restoration contractor in Austin, TX, known for its strong niche in exterior scopes and building envelope work. Due to continued growth, they're adding a Estimator to support their current team. The Role Support with take-offs and pricing on multifamily reconstruction/restoration projects Primary focus on exterior scopes and building envelope systems Report directly to the Head Estimator Fully on-site in Austin, TX What We're Looking For Restoration background with hands-on exterior/building envelope estimating experience 3 - 7 years of relevant experience Multifamily project experience is a plus, not a requirement College education preferred Why This Role This is a chance to grow into a well-established estimating function, with a genuinely differentiated niche in multifamily restoration.
