Senior Project Manager, Construction

Responsibilities Deliver exceptional project management services. Manage and oversee all project aspects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excel. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives. Champion JLL's values and culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.). PMP certification or equivalent project management certification. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment. This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in a related field. Experience leading projects in multiple sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and healthcare. Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation. Knowledge of construction processes and building codes. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Location & Compensation On‑site locations: Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA Estimated compensation: 125,000.00 – 180,000.00 USD per year (actual compensation may differ based on qualifications, location, and market conditions).
