Sr. SAP Enterprise Sales/Account Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sr. SAP Enterprise Sales/Account Executive with strong experience selling AI-driven solutions and SAP-focused transformation offerings into large enterprise accounts.

This is a new business (hunter) role, focused on building executive relationships in SAP customer accounts, working alongside SAP and SI/GSI partners, and closing complex, high-value platform and services deals.

The ideal candidate is comfortable leading consultative, value-based discussions on AI adoption across the SAP software development lifecycle, S/4HANA modernization, governed IT operations, and enterprise AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition across the US, targeting Fortune 1000 SAP customers.
• Sell AiFA Labs' AI platforms and consulting services, including:
  • SASA – AiFA's agentic AI solution for SAP: autonomous agents that generate functional and technical specifications, ABAP and BTP code, test cases, and integration migrations
  • VELIS – governed autonomous IT operations (detect, decide, execute, and prove) for regulated environments
  • Cerebro and Edge Vision AI – AiFA's broader agentic AI portfolio
  • SAP transformation and modernization services (ECC-to-S/4HANA, BTP, clean core)
• Engage with C-suite, VP, and senior technology/business leaders – CIOs, SAP program leaders, application development and IT operations heads – to understand enterprise challenges and align solutions.
• Co-sell with SAP account teams and SI/GSI partners: source, qualify, and progress partner-routed opportunities alongside direct pursuits.
• Position SASA as a complement to SAP Joule and SAP's AI roadmap, including:
  • SAP S/4HANA modernization support
  • SAP application lifecycle optimization
  • AI enablement across SAP ecosystems
  • Intelligent automation for SAP operations
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle: discovery, solution positioning, executive presentations, Guided Evaluations/POCs, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
• Collaborate with product, AI/technical, and delivery teams to develop outcome-focused proposals and Guided Evaluation plans.
• Educate clients on responsible AI adoption, data privacy and compliance considerations (GxP, SOC 2), and cost optimization.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and reporting in HubSpot.
• Represent AiFA Labs at client meetings, SAP and ASUG events, partner forums, and executive roundtables.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of enterprise sales experience selling technology services or solutions into Fortune 1000 / Fortune 500 accounts, with a significant portion in the SAP ecosystem.
• SAP S/4HANA and BTP sales experience, with an established network across SAP customer accounts, SAP account teams, and SI partners in the US.
• AI fluency: able to hold credible conversations on generative and agentic AI, its enterprise use cases, and its governance.
• Proven success in consultative, complex solution sales involving long cycles, multiple stakeholders, and procurement processes.
• Demonstrated track record of hunting, building pipeline, and closing net-new enterprise business.
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling AI platforms, automation, or SAP-centric enterprise solutions through partner or co-sell motions.
• Background in product + consulting-led sales motions.
• Existing enterprise relationships across US markets and in regulated industries (life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer goods, utilities and energy).
• Familiarity with the SAP partner ecosystem (SAP, GSIs, ASUG).
• Understanding of AI governance, adoption frameworks, or transformation roadmaps is a plus.
