About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of CX Technology to lead the global customer experience technology strategy. This high-impact leadership role is at the forefront of digital transformation, customer experience, software engineering, and AI-driven innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering a multi-year technology roadmap, leading a multidisciplinary product and engineering team, and driving the evolution of the organization's post-purchase digital ecosystem. Key responsibilities include overseeing the performance of various customer experience technologies, driving the adoption of AI and automation to enhance customer journeys, and enabling technology capabilities for B2B services and recurring revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years' experience in CX technology, enterprise applications, digital product engineering, or technology transformation, with a proven track record of leading large product and engineering teams in complex, international environments. Strong experience in enterprise customer experience platforms, AI-driven customer service, and modern engineering practices is essential. The role requires a leader with a strong commercial mindset, the ability to link technology investment to business outcomes, and experience in B2C and B2B service models. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is expected, with postgraduate qualifications and certifications being advantageous. The Head of CX Technology will also be expected to have a deep understanding of the customer journey, from warranty processes to service-level agreements, and the ability to engage with executive stakeholders to drive the business impact of technology investments.
