Operate the MICROS POS system accurately and efficiently while handling guest orders and payments. Keep your workspace clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the next rush. Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and presentation standards—because details matter. Stay calm, confident, and solutions-focused during high-volume periods, special events, and unexpected moments. Pay attention to inventory, guest needs, and the flow of the café; communicate what you see so the team can stay ahead.
