Electrical Estimator

From Design Build to Firm Fixed Price, our electrical contracting services provide turnkey electrical solutions to customers ranging from Federal Government to Consumers in the Private Sector. Our Estimating software utilizes state of the art take off methods, with the capabilities to produce well documented accurate estimates. Day to day: Develops accurate cost estimates from take‐off to bid hand‐off. Analyzes material and labor requirements to complete a project including onsite evaluations of jobsites to ensure accuracy. Attends pre‑bid and scope review meetings. Computes and submits bids and performs bid reviews with Corporate Team members. Conducts meetings with engineers, customers, vendors, and project managers. Contacts vendors for competitive firm pricing. Analyzes the costs impacts of various equipment solutions. Maintains the change order submissions/documents in an organized and standardized manner. Creates submittals based on specifications for each project, while working with team members to disseminate collective information. Works with DOEO, Division Mangers and Project Managers on qualifying bids. Keeps an active bid tab and assists in business development based on current trends. Assists Project Management Team in Project Closeout and Customer Satisfaction. Performs other related duties as assigned.
