Secret SAP Functional Analyst - Financial Accounting/Materials Management

Job Description We are seeking a SAP FI/MM Functional Analyst to support day-to-day operations across procurement and finance processes. This role focuses on ticket resolution, master data validation, testing support, and documentation, ensuring stability and accuracy across procure-to-pay (P2P) and financial operations while partnering with functional and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Triage and resolve FI/MM-related tickets (PR/PO issues, goods receipts, pricing errors, release strategy blocks) using established runbooks Validate and maintain FI/MM master data including material master, vendor data, purchasing records, and pricing conditions Support basic configuration activities under guidance (document types, tolerances, release strategies) Develop and execute test scripts for P2P scenarios; log defects and retest fixes Track and manage defects to ensure resolution quality and completeness Create user documentation including SOPs, job aids, and training materials Partner with technical teams on enhancements and defects (RICE objects) with clear functional requirements Support continuous improvement of procurement and finance processes We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
