Board: BC in EM Licenses: Licensed in WI or IMLC; Act 10 is acceptable Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS Clean record Local/Midwest-based are strongly preferred as it reduces travel issues in the winter. Duties & Responsibilities Provide emergency medicine coverage in Rhinelander and other regional hospitals in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. Manage single coverage with occasional shift overlap, collaborating with APCs for double coverage. Assess, treat, and manage patients in the emergency department, including approximately 20% admission rate. Ensure compliance with hospital credentialing and maintain a clean NPDB file.
