Job Title: Web-App User Experience Reviewer

Location: (Global)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our QA team as a Web-App User Experience Reviewer . In this comprehensive role, you will be responsible for meticulously assessing all facets of the user experience within web applications, including functionality, usability, and design consistency, to provide thorough feedback that ensures an exceptional digital experience for end-users.

Responsibilities:

Conduct holistic user experience reviews of web applications across diverse functionalities and features.
Identify and document functional bugs, usability issues, visual inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.
Provide integrated feedback to product, design, and development teams to ensure a cohesive and high-quality web experience.
Simulate real-world user scenarios and complex workflows to uncover potential pain points and areas for optimization.
Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports on the overall web application user experience and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong, holistic understanding of web application quality and user satisfaction.
Comfort with working tools and adaptability to various web application types and industries.
Prior experience in comprehensive web QA, user testing, or web product quality assurance is highly valued.
Reliable internet connection and access to a wide range of web browsers and operating systems.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize feedback from multiple dimensions of user experience.
