Maintenance Specialist

Maintenance Specialist Full Time - Union Position Minneapolis, MN
Bachman's Maintenance department has openings for an individual who is skilled in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and communication. Position Duties:
- Perform maintenance duties, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and special projects involving refrigeration, electrical and general repair.
- Consult with a manager in planning specific job needs and arrange for necessary materials and supplies as needed.
- Respond to emergencies at assigned complexes as required.
- Operate low pressure boilers.
Qualifications:
- EPA certification, preferred
- Boilers license OR willingness to obtain certification within six months from start of employment.
- Valid driver's license.
