School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Near Fairfield, CA

Job Description A school in the Fairfield, California area is interviewing now to find a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2024-2025 school year. As an onsite Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will provide valuable services for our Special Education students! We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable applicant to support students with a wide variety of needs. Position Details 08/12/2024 - 06/06/2025 Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Full time / 37.5 hours per week Pay Range: $40 - $70 per hour, depending on previous experience Caseload: PreK - 12th grade caseloads available, specific details will be discussed during the interview process General Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, voice, fluency, language, and swallowing disorders. Maintain accurate records and documentation for each client. Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for speech therapy services. Requirements Must have an active SLP California License Must have Master s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Must have previous experience in schools Must have previous experience with AAC devices and PECS Previous experience with SEIS (Special Education Information System) preferred, but not required Benefits Health/dental/vision benefits 401K matching Weekly paychecks We also offer housing assistance if needed.
