Casino Fandango is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse Receiver to join our Purchasing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Purchasing Department to ensure products and supplies are received, stocked, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently throughout the property. Your attention to detail and commitment to organization will help keep our casino operations running smoothly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Accurately check in deliveries, ensuring all invoices and receiving paperwork are completed and signed.
• Report shortages, damaged merchandise, or discrepancies to the Purchasing Department immediately.
• Deliver UPS, FedEx, and other incoming shipments to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Fill supply requests and distribute products to departments throughout the property.
• Organize and stock warehouse inventory, coolers, freezers, and other storage areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory control processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and storage areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification required).
• Work collaboratively with all departments to provide excellent internal customer service.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with team members, managers, vendors, and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, purchasing, or inventory experience is preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus. OSHA Forklift Certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge is helpful.
• Must possess a valid driver's license if operating company vehicles or equipment requiring a DMV driving record.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Frequently use pallet jacks, hand trucks, flatbed carts, and ladders.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and lift throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including outdoor conditions, refrigerated coolers, and freezers.
• Ability to work in a casino environment with exposure to secondhand smoke, noise, bright lights, and dust.

Schedule

• Must be available to work days, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when necessary.
