VNA Health Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist servicing in Hudson County and Essex County to provide speech and language therapy evaluations and treatments for patients in their homes or alternate community settings throughout Essex County and Hudson County. In this role, you will work collaboratively with physicians and other care team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that improve patient outcomes and quality of life. Position Highlights: Supportive and collaborative work environment Focused, community-based territory in Hudson County Access to professional development, continuing education, and tuition reimbursement Health, dental, and vision insurance 403B and 401a retirement plans Recognition programs and employee referral rewards Public Service Loan Forgiveness Partner What You Will Do: Assess and evaluate patients for speech and language therapy needs Develop and implement appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians Provide in-home speech therapy services to support recovery and communication outcomes Document patient progress and update care plans as necessary Identify patient and family education needs and implement effective teaching strategies Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate care delivery in accordance with agency protocols What You Will Need: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current NJ license and CCC-SLP certification 2–3 years of clinical experience; community-based experience preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Strong computer proficiency Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Home/community-based role with regular driving required Tasks include lifting, sitting, walking, documentation via tablet, and use of phone Indoor and outdoor patient visits based on care needs In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $84,000 to USD $112,000 When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
