Working across organizational boundaries, this role solves capability deficits by implementing targeted interventions, workshops, and coaching in partnership with HRBP teams. By evaluating course effectiveness data and partnering with Instructional Designers, the role resolves content gaps and continuously updates curricula. Additionally, leveraging AI tools streamlines project workflows and optimizes administrative tracking to maintain seamless learning delivery.What Success Looks Like (Objectives):Deliver high-impact leadership development programs across virtual and classroom environments; ensuring high participant engagement and practical skill applicationPartner with HRBP teams and business partners to identify team learning needs; executing targeted interventions such as workshops, job aids, and team-building activitiesCollaborate with Instructional Designers by providing data-driven feedback; refining interactive online modules and classroom training materialsManage concurrent project timelines and utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) to track attendance, completions, and logistics efficientlyLeverage AI productivity tools and workflow automation to optimize administrative processes; accelerating overall program deliveryGather and analyze training evaluation metrics to continuously measure program effectiveness and report on learner successSkills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):Expertise in adult learning principles, group facilitation techniques, and engaging diverse audiences across multiple delivery formatsStrong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to support foundational coaching and organizational development initiativesDemonstrated proficiency in AI literacy, basic prompting, and workflow automation to enhance operational efficiencyAbility to prioritize competing demands and adapt flexibly within a fast-paced, result-driven environmentProven track record of managing multi-faceted projects and building strategic partnerships with internal stakeholdersStrong analytical capacity to interpret learning evaluation data and optimize program outcomesMinimum Requirements:Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year institutionMinimum Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources, training, or organizational developmentRequired Technical Skills: Must have at least 1 year of experience with:Learning Management Systems (LMS)Virtual and in-person training facilitation platformsAI productivity and workflow automation toolsVisa sponsorship not available for this positionSalary RangesCompensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/YearBenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: EchoStar Benefits.The base pay range shown is a guideline.
