Marketing Intern

A fast-growing and esteemed Developer in the area is looking for a Preconstruction Manager. This Developer has a backlog of diverse commercial projects valued up to $50M, local to the area, that stretch over the next two years. The Preconstruction Manager will be a cornerstone for the company and an integral part of the leadership team! Responsibilities Direct the overall planning and development of new project activities and the activities of all current projects Assist in schedule development Advise the client and other project team members concerning base building and internal project management.
