ENG- Develop and support complex systems engineering solutions involving system and subsystem requirements, interface control documents, architecture and design, integration, test, verification, and validation. Lead technical activities associated with ground and system-level verification, requirements management, operational products, and mission-level systems while applying modern engineering tools and development processes.

*Must be a U.S. Citizen
#Education & Job Requirements
*Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology including Manufacturing Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a directly related non-U.S. equivalent qualification
*Typically 14 or more years of related work experience
*Systems Engineering
*Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
*Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
#Preferred Skills
*Excellent oral and written communication, adaptability, decision-making, customer focus, integrated systems, engineering analysis, and requirements/tracing skills
*Space systems and collaboration with multi-discipline teams
*Ops Product architecture, design, development, and test
*Software requirements verification testing
*Scripting languages such as Python and Tcl/Tk
*Configuration Management tools and processes
*Scaled Agile Framework processes and tools
#Job Duties & Functions
*Leads ground and system-level verification, validation, integration, and testing
*Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to planning, designing, and developing requirements
*Writes requirements and interface control documents for ground systems
*Supports ConOps development and product design, development, and testing
*Leads the planning, organization, and implementation of requirements management processes and tools, including risk, issues, opportunities, and technology readiness
*Develops and executes test plans, procedures, and verification reports
*Resolves cross-functional technical issues
*Evaluates customer and operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and assure compatibility of physical, functional, and program interfaces
*Performs analyses involving affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, regulatory requirements, certification, product assurance, and other specialty quality factors to optimize system architecture and support mission success
*Develops Ground Segment Operational Products supporting space-based systems
*Supports complex system-level threads required to run missions in space
*Works with a team of engineers using a scaled agile development process
*Engages in model-based systems engineering
*Leads, mentors, and trains others
