Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with deep expertise in Life Sciences R&D and Veeva Vault Clinical implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale clinical transformation programs, managing executive stakeholders, and driving cross-functional, cross-vendor collaboration in a GxP-regulated environment.

Role and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage enterprise-scale Veeva Vault Clinical implementation programs.
Oversee implementation of Veeva Vault Clinical modules, including CTMS, Site Connect, and/or eTMF.
Drive overall program governance, planning, execution, and delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT leadership.
Chair steering committee (SteerCo) meetings and provide executive-level program updates.
Manage cross-functional, cross-vendor, and cross-program dependencies.
Ensure compliance with Life Sciences R&D and GxP regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
Collaborate with business, IT, and implementation partners to achieve successful program outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives.

20+ years of Program Management experience.
Proven experience delivering Veeva Vault Clinical implementation programs.

Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated success managing complex global, multi-vendor programs.
