Lowbed Driver

Job TitleThis position is dispatched to transport construction materials to customer or job site locations. May be assigned to move construction materials at different job sites. Conducts all work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and programs.$2,500 Sign On Bonus Incentive through 9/30/26!Hourly Range: $27.00 - $35.00, based on experience.We offer competitive industry-leading benefits (including Medical, Vision and Dental), vacation, paid holidays, annual performance bonus program and 401k.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredValid class A Commercial Driver's License is required for Low bed, low boyValid class B Commercial Driver's License is required for Tilt and flat bedIn compliance with all DOT physical requirementsPrevious experience is preferredValid Driver's license requiredSkills, Knowledge and Abilities:Ability to give and receive written or oral instructionsMust have ability to work independentlyMust pass DOT physicalsSkilled in loading, unloading Heavy EquipmentAbility to maintain composure, professionalism in all situationsAbility to read maps and follow directions to locationsMust be physically able to operate, move about, and maintain a dump truck.Willingness to learn and adapt to change.Interact professionally with the public and others in the company while making deliveries.Ability to show composure and constraint while driving safely. Poor driving would result in a negative perception by the public towards the company.Adaptable and FlexiblePhysical Demands:Prolonged sitting followed by hooking up, loading, and unloading equipment. Requires extensive and heavy physical activity and dexterity. Must be able to drive for long periods of time.
