Senior Loan Officer, IL Licensed

Experienced in auto loan refinancing, the full-time Senior Loan Officer, IL Licensed will manage inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on refinancing options and additional protection products while maintaining a large pipeline of prospective clients. Key responsibilities Advise customers on loan terms and additional protection products using a consultative sales approach Effectively manage a pipeline of prospective customers and maintain conversion levels Process finance deals accurately through financial sources while adhering to compliance guidelines Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto loan refinancing as a loan officer Proven ability to handle and maintain a high volume pipeline Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Proficiency in using various software platforms and learning new technology Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
