Family Law Attorney

Job Description Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying Family law Attorneys for a direct hire opportunity in Spartanburg, SC with a growing firm. This firm is seeking an attorney to manage a case load of about 120 hours including settlement and court room activity. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and separation agreements Conduct client consultations and develop strategic legal plans Appear in court regularly; familiarity with South Carolina’s 365-day rule is essential Collaborate with intake and billing departments to ensure smooth case flow Maintain accurate billing and meet monthly/quarterly billable hour goals (target: 120 hours/month) Utilize Rocket Matter and Box for case and document management Work closely with fellow attorneys to share knowledge and strengthen firm-wide practices We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
