Outside Sales Representative – Mount Gilead Region $42,000 salary plus uncapped commission per month and $11,000 in bonus. Annual target up to $105,000. Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $42,000; uncapped commissions; $11,000 bonus (total potential $105,000).

You own your territory, build relationships, and prioritize meeting or exceeding sales goals. Responsibilities Connect with homeowners through door‑to‑door engagement and in‑home sales presentations. Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber’s services. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within the assigned territory. Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy. Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards. Schedule and Travel Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM (hours may adjust based on seasonality and weather) Ongoing support, training, and development opportunities. Use of personal vehicle required; reimbursement for travel within or beyond territory at IRS rates. Qualifications Strong desire to succeed in a quota‑driven sales role. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and state‑required auto insurance. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Positive and outgoing demeanor, confident approach to potential customers, and professional handling of rejection. Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
