Front Office Representative

The Front Office Representative supports the daily administrative and customer service needs of a busy office. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for customers while helping keep communication, paperwork, orders, and general office operations organized. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers with orders, deliveries, account questions, and general inquiries. Enter and process customer orders accurately in the company system. Assist with invoices, statements, payments, and basic account questions. Maintain and update customer account information and records. Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and recordkeeping. Greet customers, vendors, and employees visiting the office. Handle customer concerns professionally and elevate issues when appropriate. Maintain organized and accurate office files and paperwork. Provide additional administrative and customer service support during high-volume periods. Assist with other general office responsibilities as needed.
