We are seeking a dynamic Inventory & Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement operations and keep our service and installation teams equipped for success. In this vital role, you will oversee end-to-end purchasing, inventory management, and warehouse logistics—ensuring high efficiency, vendor cost-savings, and seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Relations

  • Perform routine physical inventory audits across central warehouse locations, tool rooms, and field trucks.

  • Oversee tool room sign-outs, tool repairs, and routine maintenance for small power tools.

  • Keep the warehouse and parts room structured, clean, and organized for optimal workflow.

  • Serve as primary operational support during Warehouse Foreman coverage windows.

Teamwork & Growth

  • Attend weekly company training sessions to expand industry knowledge and operational skills.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader business goals as needed.

  • Education: Associate’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, HVAC, Industrial Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) and inventory management software.

  • Industry Insight: Solid understanding of HVACR economic, fiscal, and seasonal trends.

  • Key Competencies: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions.

  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.
