Drug Product Visual Inspection Technician M-F 4PM to 12:30 AM

PCI Pharma Services seeks a visual inspection technician to examine sterile filled vials for defects in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role operates on a 4 PM to 12:30 AM shift in Bedford, NH, ensuring product quality and patient safety through careful inspection and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive visual inspection of sterile filled containers while seated under light sources
• Record production quantities and information according to Good Documentation Practices
• Apply mathematical calculations including piece counting, time calculations, and product reconciliation
• Document results in neat and accurate manner per GMP standards and regulations
• Identify and communicate product quality issues to appropriate departments

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous FDA/USDA GMP environment experience desired
• Corrected or uncorrected 20/20 vision checked annually with color vision discrimination
• Basic computer and verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read, understand, and follow technical documents and SOPs in English
• Capable of wearing PPE for entire shifts including gloves, hair covers, and lab coats
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to ethical business standards
