CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS (CNA) - LTC

Long-Term Care 

• Full Time, 3rd Shift, Weekends (several positions open)
• Full Time, 1st Shift, Weekends (one opening)

Certified Nursing Assistants will provide direct patient care to the residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining ambulation and mobility. Must be responsible for keeping the residents at their highest functional ability. Must be willing to do restorative programs and complete training. Access to protected health information is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job.

Qualifications:

• Illinois CNA certificate.
• Current BLS certification.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check.
• Some heavy lifting required.

CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT (CMA)

Geneseo and Colona Clinic

PRN, 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, Weekends

Seeking a multi-skilled health professional who works interdependently with other health care professionals to provide quality health care to our patients. Must be educated and trained to perform both administrative and clinical skills in the medical care environment. Works closely with all members of the Professional Team, Medical Staff, patients, and their families. Access to protected health information is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job.

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant Certification required.
• Must have good communication skills and work with an interdisciplinary team approach.
• BLS certification required.

REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

• Med Surg - 3 openings
• Emergency Department - 2 openings
• Long Term Care - 1 opening
• Surgical Services - 2 openings
• Genesis Medical Group - 1 opening
• Colona Clinic - 1 opening

PRN, 3rd Shift, Weekends

MINIMUM STARTING WAGE: $31.14

A staff nurse is a registered nurse who is responsible for the direct and indirect care of the patients assigned during a given period of time. Adheres to the Nursing standards of care for the department. Works closely with all members of the professional team, medical staff, patients, and their families.

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation or license pending.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS course completion or willing to complete within 6 month of hire.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds, good communication skills and ability to work with computerized charting.

RN HOUSE SUPERVISOR - REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

Med-Surg / Emergency Department

Full Time, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends

A House Supervisor is a registered nurse who is responsible for the direct and indirect total nursing care of patients / residents in the hospital personnel working his/her designated shift. Adheres to the nursing standard of care. Works closely with all members of the professional team, medical staff, patients and their families. Is accountable to Administration and the Medical / Surgical Manager.

Qualifications:

• Illinois licensed RN
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, ECRN

ADVANCED PRACTICE REGISTERED NURSE / PHYSICIAN'S ASSISTANT

Colona Clinic - Float

PRN, 1st Shift, Weekends

The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant will see patients of all ages, providing treatment and individualized care to the patients he/she sees in the clinic setting. Works closely with physicians, clinic staff, and hospital staff ensuring the patients receive appropriate care.

Qualifications:

• APRN or PA license required.
• Board certification by ANCC or AANP (or NCCPA)
• DEA
• Controlled Substance and DOT within 3 months of hire
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS
