Psychiatry Physician in SNF / Assisted Living Cincinnati, Dayton, or Columbus Market

Psychiatry Opportunity
Integrated model of care to adults who reside in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Locations available throughout Ohio including Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati, and more. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Join a vibrant, provider-led, rewarding practice as a supervising psychiatrist.
- Be a member of a tightly integrated team of primary care and mental health providers that delivers care to patients in long term care settings.
- Provide much-needed service to a vulnerable population in the integrated and comprehensive model that psychiatrists are trying to achieve.
- Enjoy leadership and teaching opportunities as you lead a team of midlevel providers and collaborate with psychotherapists in implementing best practices.
- Free yourself from having to work behind a desk and the ticking clock of outpatient practice and enjoy the freedom to practice psychiatry based on patient needs and your clinical judgement, delivering care to patients where they live.
- 18-22 patients per day (20 patients per day = about $295,000)
- AI technology in place for efficient dictation / notes
- BC / BE Psychiatry
- 13 paid holidays
- Unlimited PTO: 4% of salary is set aside and can be used toward PTO or can be kept.
