Job Description

• Manage all aspects of luxury custom home construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their vision is met.
• Implement solutions to resolve challenges and maintain project schedules.

The Successful Applicant

A successful On-site Project Manager - Luxury Custom Homes should have:

• Proven experience in managing luxury custom home construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
