Software Engineer (Full Stack, Business Banking)

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 3 years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and production operations and stability.
• Backend development experience with Java 21, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud, including microservices, service discovery, configuration, and resilience patterns.
• TypeScript and JavaScript experience delivering functionality across user interfaces and APIs.
• AWS cloud and infrastructure experience using Infrastructure as Code, including Lambda, S3, and Kafka-based integrations.
• Experience applying reactive programming to build high-performance, resilient systems.
• Strong cloud-native engineering practices, including 12-factor app principles.
• Performance and load testing experience with JMeter or BlazeMeter, including results-driven tuning and optimization.
• CI/CD pipeline and release automation experience with tools such as Jules and Spinnaker.
• Observability and operational troubleshooting experience using Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Data layer experience with Cassandra, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, and caching solutions such as ElastiCache; familiarity with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
• Preferred: Experience designing and integrating agent-to-UI interactions, with familiarity with agent-to-agent (A2A) protocols.
• Preferred: Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in distributed, multi-agent environments.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Python for developing, automating, and supporting production-grade services and tooling.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and agentic workflows using TypeScript, along with APIs built using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement microservices architecture using Spring Cloud for service discovery, configuration, and resilience.
• Containerize and deploy applications on AWS using services such as ECS, EKS, Lambda, or EC2.
• Implement and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.

• Design and run performance and load tests using JMeter or BlazeMeter.
• Deliver software solutions through design, development, and technical troubleshooting, using creative approaches to solve complex technical problems.
