Overview Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role supports individuals with personal care needs and behavioral challenges in a compassionate, patient, and patient-centered environment. Direct Support Professional Caregiver (Part-Time) Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour • On-Demand Pay • Referral Bonus Program Responsibilities Support participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities as needed. Help participants pursue developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Assist participants to engage in community activities and form meaningful relationships. Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. Take initiative to do what’s right for participants and follow guidance from supervisors. You’ll assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
