Telehealth Dietitian: Obesity & Weight Management Expert

Jobtailor in New Jersey is seeking a registered dietitian to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy via telehealth, perform comprehensive nutrition assessments, and develop individualized care plans for obesity and related chronic conditions. You will educate patients using motivational interviewing, document encounters in the EHR, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, and care coordinators.
