Regional Business Director, Electrophysiology

Responsibilities Drive top line sales results in the assigned Region of the US Sales & Field Service group Meet and exceed sales and profit targets for the assigned Region Provide accurate sales forecasts, develop and execute tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives Coach and manage the performance and competency development of Territory Managers and Clinical Account Specialists Requirements Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 5 years of professional work experience required Minimum of 3 year of Sales or Marketing experience in the US medical device industry required or 2 years prior Sales Management experience in the healthcare industry required Experience as a field trainer or project leadership required Minimum of 2 years of business experience in the Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular industry preferred Capital selling experience preferred Hard Skills Sales Forecasting Tactical Sales Planning Quota Development Account Objectives Management Performance Management Soft Skills Coaching Team Development Leadership Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
