Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday | 13-week contract (with potential extension to 26 weeks) | 40 hours/week guaranteed | Open to 4x10 schedule; must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to a diverse patient population
• Maintain a productivity standard of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Raintree EMR
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Complete required onboarding HealthStream modules prior to start date (approximately 3 hours total)

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility)
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, OR at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
• New graduates are not eligible for this position
• Proficiency or ability to learn Raintree EMR
• Availability for evening shifts up to 7:00 PM at least 2 days per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal physical therapy setting
• Familiarity with Raintree EMR or similar outpatient documentation platforms
