Director, Market Access & Payer Strategy
Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc.
Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Director to lead U.S. market access, payer marketing, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for inline and pipeline products.
The role partners with Brand, Medical Affairs, HEOR/RWE, and Commercial teams to ensure patient access and differentiated value throughout the product lifecycle. The position requires a deep U.S. market access understanding, strong leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
