Your Opportunity

FirstLight Home Care of Napa is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Care Aides/Caregivers available to work weekends in Napa and Solano County. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes during weekend hours.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate in-home care and assistance to clients on weekends
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being
Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and the FirstLight team
Ensure client safety and comfort throughout weekend shifts

Requirements

Availability to work weekends consistently
Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies
Reliable transportation to and within Napa and Solano Counties
