Shift : 1 st shift Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm (10 hr shifts)

Description:


The Production Operator will support Cargill's production operations by monitoring and controlling processes, performing product sampling and analysis, troubleshooting process equipment, and helping maintain safe and efficient operations.


This role requires someone who can follow established safety and operating procedures, work around production equipment, perform physical tasks, and communicate effectively with maintenance and other team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production processes and equipment.
• Perform product sampling and analysis.
• Troubleshoot process equipment and instrumentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance when equipment issues arise.
• Follow and help develop procedures, policies, and work practices.
• Complete and coordinate required permits.
• Help ensure efficient operation of production equipment.
• Maintain product quality and safety standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May work as a Control Room Operator, monitoring and controlling production processes.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift experience required.
• Forklift certification is not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug test.
• Must be able to work the Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM schedule.
• Must have safety boots that cover the ankle.

• A silicone wedding band is permitted.
