Job Details Job Location: CMMC South Campus - Floresville, TX 78114 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Job Shift: Day Job Category: Health Care Summary Operates PBX or multiline telephone Cisco/Finesse phone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers. Focuses on First Resolution Working in Call Center environment Schedules appointments for family practice providers. Create telephone encounter for Specialty offices. Refill Request for family practice providers, within proper criteria. Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable. Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information. Maintains virtual fax, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes. Clinic front desk duties when needed, patient check in/out, collect copays Handle provider letters mailed to patients Qualifications Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
