- Ability to float to various units including Med Surg, Tele, Surgical/Ortho, and/or PCU


Description:
Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit.
Provide leadership within the nursing team.
Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team.
Focus on promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
