Driver

Delivery Drivers are an important member of our team, responsible for delivering food quickly to guests. As an extension of the restaurant, delivery drivers bring food orders from the kitchen to customers rapidly and accurately. We're looking for someone who pays attention to details, ensuring that everything that a customer orders gets to them (including the complete food order, utensils, extras like condiments, etc). In addition, a strong verbal communication skill set is required to interact with customers, answer their questions, and obtain updates from the kitchen staff while providing feedback. Job Duties Maintain verbal communication with chefs to check on the status of dishes. Keep staff well-inform and alert waitstaff when the kitchen is out of a specific ingredient. Monitor portion control of finished dishes, ensuring adherence to restaurant standards. Keep kitchen areas clean and in order, stocked with ingredients. Adhere to sanitation standards, keeping oneself, own tools, and work areas clean and presentable. Address customer complaints, acting as a representative of the kitchen and finding solutions that satisfy customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
