Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Canaan, CT FL. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including administering employee benefits, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The Human Resources Specialist will help implement and communicate HR policies, support performance management processes, and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The role includes ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The specialist will also assist with HR reporting, data entry, and continuous process improvement to support Waveny LifeCare Network's mission and service goals. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, preferably in healthcare or a related setting. Knowledge of HR Policies and employment laws. Experience with Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee support. Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting performance processes. Strong communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams. Proficiency with HRIS and standard office software; ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; prior healthcare or senior care HR experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
