Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Alternating 36/48-hour weekly schedule (84 hours biweekly with 72-hour guarantee)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown setting with primary support to Med Surg
• Float to supporting units as needed based on facility staffing requirements
• Work weekends as required, which may include most weekends during the contract period
• Complete orientation modules as scheduled during the orientation period
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the facility's electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in hand prior to start date
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown or related setting
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required at time of submission
• Nursys verification required at time of submission
• Must agree to an alternating 36/48-hour weekly schedule with a 72-hour weekly guarantee
• Must be willing to float to Med Surg as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system strongly preferred
• Ability to accommodate block scheduling requests, with the understanding that set schedules cannot be guaranteed
